About Barnstable Bears

Barnstable Bears was born out of a passion for collecting bears of all shapes and sizes for my son, Barnaby, when he was born.  My mum was also an avid collector of dolls, teddy bears and all sort of collectibles, so I guess it runs in the family!

Since we moved to Canada in 2013, I really wanted to be able to supply Charlie Bears here and became a stockist back in 2014, but unfortunately ill health stopped me from continuing the business and I put it on hold until I was ready to return back to it.

Now I am back and ready to build the business again!  I am focussed solely on delivering a high level of customer service and I want to build the business on referrals and loyalty towards those collectors who buy from me.  I will always do my best to source bears, even if I don't have them myself.
