Politique d'expédition

The standard shipping method will be Canada Post Standard to ship within Canada and to the USA.  For some bears there is an option to select Canada Post Expedited service, which usually arrives quicker and has a higher insured value.

All bears are shipped, insured and tracked and once despatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email.  You will also be able to track and receive updates of the bear's progress if you provide us with both an email and cell number.

For some bears, there is an option to select UPS Standard which will include insurance and a quicker service, and/or it is the most economical way to send the larger bears.

Delivery times are typically 3-10 business days but can vary by location.  For UK this can be up to 60 days.

Please note, all Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

If we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
