Politique de remboursement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt to the buyer.   Refunds are issued once the bear has been received by Barnstable Bears and the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the bear, including shipping and packaging.  Upon inspection of the bear, providing there is no damage and the exact same bear has been returned free of damage, then a refund will be issued.
